Linogravure workshop in Paris 11th district

Come and learn the linocut technique. You'll be able to draw (or transfer!) the motif of your choice onto a gum plate, and engrave it to create a large stamp!

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Presentation of the linocut technique for motif selection
• Explanation of engraving techniques
• You start engraving your object semi-autonomously (we'll be on hand if you have any questions!).
• You'll engrave an A5-format plate (printed on A5 or A4 paper, depending on your preferences).
• Printing: choice of color for a draft and 2 prints to take home.
• You can take home your prints and the stamp, which can be reused over and over again.
