I had to cancel my reservation for March 07 due to a problem, but as the site informed me that I was losing my deducted funds, they asked me to check directly with Mel, with whom we set up the appointment a week later. I keep the appointment on the wrong date on the site. Mel finally cancelled the appointment for March 14 because of bad weather that morning. These things happen. I said no problem but Mel never came back to me to propose another date. As the service had been paid for, it was clear that I was no longer his priority. Nothing happened. I finally told her that Funbooker allowed me to give my opinion. Strangely enough, she found time to call me, but still not to offer me an appointment. I asked her to reimburse me by wero. She told me that I was a funbooker customer and that I should talk to them. Ok you've taken me for a ride little Mel and well learn to get back down because I think you're taking yourself for more than just anyone but you're forgetting the golden rule. The customer.

I had a great time, the fact that I could choose what I wanted to work on was really nice. The training adapts to our desires and our pace, the explanations were very clear without being too complicated. I learned a lot and I really recommend it. Thanks a lot!

This workshop for two fully met our expectations for a successful make-up application. Simple, effective methods were presented to us with professionalism and kindness. We'll be able to reproduce them and had a great time. Thank you again for your help.

I took part in a make-up workshop with my group of friends. Mélanie and Julie taught us how to create daytime make-up adapted to our skin and tastes. They advised us on the products we already owned and had us try out others. We were even able to transform our beauty routine into evening make-up afterwards.
