Off-road driving training in the Gers (32)

Activity description :

Whether you're a beginner or an off-road enthusiast, come and take advantage of a training course in driving this type of vehicle on private land in the Gers. Come and test the limits of your own vehicle or those of the vehicles available to you.

The different off-road driving courses:

• After being welcomed on site by your state-qualified instructor, you will begin by analyzing your needs and taking stock of your knowledge.
• Cross-country training (1 hour): Together with your BPJEPS-certified instructor, you'll define the objective of your session. You'll then take part in technical and theoretical workshops. You'll finish with a debriefing and an analysis of areas for improvement.
• Off-Road Riding Course (Half Day / Full Day) : After defining the objective of your (half) day, you'll discover the vehicle and its components. Then you'll take the controls and head for the technical workshops. Finally, to round off the session, you'll take to the road to review the techniques you've learned.
• And to conclude the session or the day, you'll debrief your achievements and areas for improvement.
• Defender Driving Course (Half day / Full day): During this session, you'll have the opportunity to discover the specifics of the Land Rover Defender and its main mechanical components. During the day, you'll be able to test the vehicle's different configurations for different terrains, and perform safety maneuvers. Your instructor will teach you techniques specific to off-road driving: driving uphill and downhill, driving on a slope, climbing a step, etc. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss vehicle equipment with real professionals in the field.

At the end of the driving course, you'll be awarded a diploma - that's it, you're finally an off-road ace.
