Duration: 6h - Guided tour

Departing from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, you'll head for the Aldudes valley, deep in the mountains of Basse-Navarre, and the village of Banca, renowned for its trout farming in pure, crystal-clear ponds. You'll have the chance to visit the aquaculture farm with its ponds and store. Then you'll meet the Kintoa pigs, saved from extinction by the Oteiza family, who decided to develop this breed. You'll be invited to an aperitif to discover this tasty and renowned delicatessen.
