Activity description :

Marie welcomes you to the heart of the Domaine de Fontainebleau, to introduce you to her world: butchery! Join her as she shows you how to cutand prepare venison straight from the Massif.

Workshop schedule (8:30 a.m.):

Meet at 8:30 a.m. for a delicious breakfast to get to know each other and explain the workshop.
You'll then gather around the logs to learn how to cut two different types of game, cooked differently and sourced directly from the Massif de Fontainebleau: wild boar and deer (biche or cerf).
This day will also be an opportunity to make terrines, sausages and at least one prepared game dish, which you will choose together with Marie in the morning.

You'll go home with your arms full of incredible, homemade products to share with family and friends!
