An amazing activity to discover forest trails, gardens, regional houses and a few vineyards. Perfect in autumn to enjoy the beautiful colors of the forest. We did the activity with my parents (about 60 years old) who, after the surprise of the choice of mobility, appreciated being able to discover paths they'd never taken before. A 1-hour stroll is just the right balance, because, contrary to what you might think, it works the muscles linked to proprioception. Athletes will find it easy, I think, but for average to less athletic people, 1 hour is fine. I'd recommend it as a fun, discovery activity.
