Guided by an image consultant, you'll learn to better understand your silhouette, your proportions and what really makes you stand out. A useful and caring workshop, ideal for an EVJF, combining advice, exchange and self-confidence.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Welcome the group and introduce the basics of morphology and proportions.
• Identification of each silhouette and understanding of natural balances.
• Advice on which cuts, lengths and volumes to choose to make the most of yourself.
• Participatory workshop: discussions, observations and role-playing in a friendly atmosphere.
• Practical tips for optimizing your wardrobe and making the right choices every day.
• At the end of the workshop, each participant leaves with clear guidelines, personalized advice and new confidence in the way she dresses.
