Oléron: a dream spot for skydiving

You'll jump from theRochefort airfield near Marennes. You'll be able to observe the most beautiful landscapes of the Charente-Maritime region from the air. You'll have the Ile d'Oléron and its magnificent beaches, the Ile d'Aix, Fort Boyard and La Rochelle right in front of you. You'll have the chance to admire the entire Marennes d'Oléron basin from the sky.

Jump procedure

• 15-minute safety briefing.
• Board the plane for 20 minutes to reach an altitude of 4,000 meters.
• The airplane doors open, the stress and adrenalin rise... It's time for the big jump into the void. You'll take off for 45 seconds of free fall, reaching a phenomenal 180km/h! High above the clouds, you'll experience the thrills and chills of freefall.
• After freefall, your instructor opens the parachute. You'll follow this with an open canopy ride lasting around 6 to 8 minutes. You'll have a view of the sea, the Atlantic coast and the Charente archipelago.
• Your instructor will ensure a smooth landing.

The center: the school is FFP Parachutisme approved, and with its wealth of experience, offers you the chance to discover one of the most beautiful sites in France. Here you'll make a tandem jump: you'll jump harnessed to your instructor, who will take care of the technical aspects, while you enjoy the thrill of skydiving to the full.
