Know before you go

• Admission on presentation of purchased tickets
• E-tickets accepted
• The time shown on your ticket is the time at which you must arrive for security checks (please note that there are queues outside).
  No latecomers will be admitted after the start of the session.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Other information

• Not recommended for children under 5.
• Flickering lights and high volume during the experience may affect sensitive persons.
• The experience takes the form of a stroll. Stairs inside and outside the Dôme des Invalides.
• With no PRM access, the Dôme is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
• The site has no toilets, checkrooms or catering facilities.
• For safety reasons, strollers, scooters, luggage and bulky items are not allowed on site.
• Plan to arrive 20 minutes before the session time indicated on the ticket, in order to carry out checks.
• No late arrivals
• As the Dome is a major historical monument, it can be cold. We strongly recommend that you wear warm clothing (hat, gloves, scarf, etc.).
• It is the visitor's responsibility to wear hearing protection and earplugs if they are hypersensitive to loud noises (especially young children).
• The Hôtel National des Invalides is home to a military hospital: please respect the residents' peace and quiet by keeping quiet in the vicinity of the Dome.
• The consumption of drinks, food and cigarettes (including electronic ones) is prohibited throughout the site.
