This experience invites you to discover the secrets of Armagnac production and aging, before tasting the various expressions from the estate’s range.
You’ll discover:
- The estate’s history, its grape varieties, and its farming practices
- The aging cellar and the still
- A guided tasting of Fine Blanche, La Réserve, La Flamme (cask-strength vintage), and a Pièce Unique
- An introduction to tasting techniques to better recognize aromas
- Food and Armagnac pairings to appreciate the subtleties of each spirit
