If you're a fan of mushrooms, and more specifically truffles, this workshop is for you! Julie will create a complete menu around truffles.

Course of the activity (3h):

• It all starts with a stroll around a truffle plantation. Bring your boots!
• Explanation from the birth of a truffle to its exploitation.
• Cavage (the act of searching for truffles) can be done with the dog, depending on the season and the weather.
• You'll then go into the kitchen to make truffle butter, Jerusalem artichoke velouté, truffle brouillade, tagliatelle with truffle cream and a truffle dessert. Menu may vary according to season and product availability.
• Tasting followed.
