Julie welcomes you to her Japanese studio for a pastry workshop where you'll make mochi, those sweet little Japanese treasures with a red bean center.

Course of the activity (1h) :

• Make the doughusing glutinous rice flour carefully combined with sugar. You can also choose a matcha or sesame variant to add a unique touch of color and flavor.
• Shape the little balls of dough, then garnish with fresh fruit, chocolate, sesame or sweetened red bean paste.
• You'll create a skewer of 3 mochis, ready to be grilled to reveal their caramelized texture.
• Complimentary drinks and coffee to accompany your experience.
• At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a generous selection of these sweet little wonders, including 2 skewers and a bowl containing up to 4 exquisite little mochis.
