Want to create your own rug from scratch? This tufting workshop—a creative technique that uses a wool gun to shoot yarn onto a canvas—lets you make a round, square (or other shape) rug measuring approximately 40 x 45 cm, fully customized, whether you’re working alone or with friends.

Workshop schedule (3 to 3.5 hours):

• Choosing a design: Come with an idea for a design (search for “tufting” or “tufted rug 40×40” on Pinterest for inspiration).
• Select your wool colors.
• Learn how to use the tufting gun and apply the yarn to the canvas.
