Learn how to best pair wines and cheeses during this wine workshop in Marseille/Aix. You'll explore the wide variety of French cheeses, how to pair them with different styles of wine, and tips for creating original pairings.
Course of the workshop (2h):
- You'll cover the following topics:
- The main cheese families
- The basics of wine and cheese pairing
- Different types of wine (vins de voile, vins mutés...)
- Tricky pairings
- Original pairings
- Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
- Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
Led by an expert sommelier, this oenological experience will enable you to master the subtleties of this pairing in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Animateur (Mathieu) au top! Par contre, très déçu par le cadre de la réunion : une salle de réunions minable d’un hôtel sans charme. Ça aurait eu tellement plus d’allure dans un bar à vin, une fromagerie ou un lieu de caractère. C’est comme servir un grand vin dans des verres en plastique. Concept à revoir totalement! Vraiment dommage.
