Learn how to best pair wines and cheeses during this wine workshop in Marseille/Aix. You'll explore the wide variety of French cheeses, how to pair them with different styles of wine, and tips for creating original pairings.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• You'll cover the following topics:
  • The main cheese families
  • The basics of wine and cheese pairing
  • Different types of wine (vins de voile, vins mutés...)
  • Tricky pairings
  • Original pairings
• Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
• Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.

Led by an expert sommelier, this oenological experience will enable you to master the subtleties of this pairing in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
