Course of the workshop (3h) :
- Complete dinner based on an aperitif, starter, main course, cheese and dessert menu, created by the chef to enhance each pairing.
- Tasting of 4 carefully selected wines, presented and commented on by the sommelier, in perfect harmony with the dishes served.
