Course of the workshop (2h15) :

• Introduction to the world of beer, to understand its history, ingredients and the main stages in its production.
• Discovery of the main beer styles, with simple keys to recognizing their aromatic profiles and specificities.
• Guided tasting of selected beers by beer specialist Julien Derenne and sommelier Franck Bernard.
• Beer & cheese pairings, with 5 cheeses by Fabien Degoulet, World's Best Cheesemaker, to explore daring and unexpected combinations.
• A time for discussion and sharing, to ask questions, compare impressions and come away with new taste references.
