Are you curious to understand wine in a different way? Join Hugo, biochemist and doctor of oenology, to discover the basics of wine tasting and the secrets of the different colors in wine. In a friendly atmosphere, this workshop combines practice, sensory science and exchanges to better observe, smell and taste wine.

Workshop schedule (1h15) :

• Welcome and introduction to the workshop.
• Discover the Bordeaux wine map and the main types of wine.
• Learn the main stages of wine tasting: visual analysis; olfactory analysis; gustatory analysis.
• Understand the production differences between white, rosé and red wines.
• Introduction to the sensory, physiological and psychological phenomena involved in wine tasting.
• Tasting of 4 wines (1 white wine, 1 rosé wine, 1 red wine and 1 "mystery color" wine), accompanied by a small snack, to question your bearings and perceptions.
• At the end of the workshop, Hugo will answer any questions you may have about wine.
