Tasting schedule (2h) :
- Tasting of 4 wines: Sancerre, Crozes Hermitage, Gamay de Loire, Jura etc.
- To enhance the session, you'll be offered a playful sensory journey, in perfect harmony with the fine cheeses on offer.
- The cheeses are specially selected to accompany each of the wines: Chèvre, vieux Comté, Brillat-Savarin, etc.
- Learn the key concepts of the world of wine and the secrets of wine/cheese pairing.
- Questions and answers, and discussion of the concepts learned.
Experience the sensations of wine and learn how to combine cheese and oenology with this activity! This fun tasting is ideal for wine lovers, or as a gift for Christmas or a birthday.

A small problem with our booking. We arrive and we're not in the course listing. We were sent to another store. Luckily, there are several! Great discovery, very friendly person who shared her passion for wine with us. A misadventure with a happy ending. A personal class instead of a group class.

Excellent basement tasting, with just 8 people, on February 6, 2026 at 7pm at 7 place Maucaillou in Bordeaux. Entertainment guaranteed by Lénaïc, who presented us with 5 fine wines from Bordeaux and beyond, accompanied by pieces of cheese of various origins. The session lasted 2 hours of conviviality and excellent sharing with the guests present.
