Florence welcomes you to her studio to introduce you to jewelry making and teach you how to craft beautiful hammered earrings. It’s a creative and rewarding activity that you’re sure to love!

Workshop Schedule (2.5 hours):

• Welcome and selection of the shape for your future earrings from among the many options (flowers, moons, teardrops, geometric or abstract shapes).
• Trace the shape onto the brass sheet, then cut it out using a wire cutter, a staple tool in jewelry making.
• File the pieces to smooth the edges, then anneal them with a torch to make the metal more malleable and prepare it for hammering.
• Hammering the earrings, then mounting them on 925 silver posts.
• Cleaning and polishing your creations, ready to be worn with pride!

You also have the option to have your earrings gilded with 24-karat fine gold by Florence’s Parisian gilder (additional cost of €15, average turnaround time of 15 days).
