Course of the workshop (2h):

• Olfactory exploration of different natural scents
• Choice of one of severalthemes (relaxation, sleep, energy, creativity, anchoring, self-confidence, etc.)
• Guided creation of your personalized aromaticroll-on
• A convivial chat over a hot drink, with personalized advice and answers to your questions.

At the end of the experience, you'll leave with your personalized botanical roll-on and a digital herbarium featuring 12 plants and the recipes created during the workshop.
