Course of the workshop (2h):
- Discovery of essential oils, flower essences and plant extracts
- Olfactory exploration of different natural scents
- Choice of one of severalthemes (relaxation, sleep, energy, creativity, anchoring, self-confidence, etc.)
- Guided creation of your personalized aromaticroll-on
- A convivial chat over a hot drink, with personalized advice and answers to your questions.
