The Route - The wonderful Calanques de Piana
Departing from Porto on a semi-rigid boat or speedboat, you can admire the Calanches de Piana as you sail along the coast towards Capo Rosso with its caves and natural pools, a magical place listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll then head for the Scandola nature reserve. Enjoy a swim (weather permitting) and on the way back, discover the small hamlet of Girolata, only accessible by sea or on foot. A 30-minute stopover is planned here.
The boat - Ficaghjola
This top-of-the-range 11-meter covered motorboat has been specially designed for sea excursions. This very comfortable boat, with a maximum capacity of 12, can accommodate families and children, and thanks to its size it can enter caves and faults, and sail as close as possible to the seabed.
