Come celebrate apples in all their forms on September 26 and 27, 2026, at this year’s Apple Festival, held at the Ferme Ouverte in Saint-Cyr-l’Ecole! A day full of fun, culinary, and creative activities for all ages.

Fun Workshops: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00–4:30 p.m.

• “William Tell” Workshop: Test your aim by shooting at an apple placed on the head of a straw dummy, just like William Tell, using a bow adapted for children.
• Sensory Discovery Workshop: Discover the varied flavors of different apple varieties.

Culinary Demonstrations: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–4:30 PM

• Apple Compote: Learn how to make delicious homemade apple compote.
• Fig and seasonal fruitjam
• Apple Juice Workshop: Help make fresh apple juice.
• Thyme Bar: Sample herbal teas from the vegetable garden
• Smoothie Bike: Pedal to make your own apple-based smoothie.
• Beekeeping, honey tasting, and a presentation on the life of bees.

Creative Workshop: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00–4:30 p.m.

Farm tour with animal encounters 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Sheep, Alpine dwarf goats known for their gentleness, an 850-kilo Andalusian mare, and Vanille & Chocolat—our ponies who join the Andalusian mare in the pastures during the summer. You can also meet rabbits, donkeys, and pigs at the educational farm.
The Gally Maze will be open for the occasion to add to the festivities from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Food will be available on site, including a food truck and Gally products.
