I couldn't get there on the day. No one answered the phone and my email request to reschedule for the following day was never answered.

Not satisfied this time because it was a free-for-all ... too many people and incivism ... the activities should be better supervised.

It was a big disappointment, We had booked a slot on Funbooker for 4pm-5.30pm. When we arrived, we still had to queue at the cash desk to collect a ticket to hand in at each workshop. Those who hadn't booked paid the same price. At 4pm, we were told that the workshops were either fully booked or about to close! The place was packed, it was hard to get around, and there was no one to guide visitors or organize things. The "Archery" workshop was disappointing, with an instructor who didn't give a damn, spent his time looking at his phone and didn't hold his stand at all. It was a mess, no queuing, no instruction, no animation. He had nothing to do on a day like this. The bread workshops were fine, but far too full. We visited the farm in the crowds, in the noise and without taking advantage of all the workshops for which we had booked. Organization to be totally reviewed. What's the point of setting up reservations if there's no gauge?

We're regulars at the ferme de gally and this first apple festival wasn't a great success. We took the 4pm-5:30pm slot. Lots of queuing and waiting at the workshops. By 5pm there were no more frames for the frame workshop, and the clay workshop closed even before 5:30pm. The applesauce and juice workshops weren't really applesauce or juice. The children were invited to taste the applesauce with a spoon, and the juice was all theory and no practice. The bread workshop looked pretty good, but there was too much waiting. A new session was announced in 10 minutes, but here we were, waiting over 20 minutes only to be asked to wait another 10 minutes. Finally, on the farm, the bequettes weren't released into the paddock as they usually are. The archery was too much of a wait, so we didn't even try it. The organization really wasn't top-notch. Very disappointed.

It is very long queue and tiring for 4 years old daughter. You need to sort out the waiting time

Nice, but could be improved. Maybe more and different activities and a bit of decoration. But it's still good, bravo and thank you.

Organization to be reviewed, too much waiting for each workshop.

Very nice, but a lot of people and therefore a lot of queuing to do the activities, so we could only do one activity. Too bad, because the activities looked like they were going to be great!

Too many people, too many queues at the workshops for the final interest... disappointed :(

Too many people, despite booking a time slot. It wasn't possible to do certain workshops. Too bad ...

Very good, but too many people, perhaps we should have registered for the different workshops in advance, with time slots, to avoid queuing and being turned away because of too many people... A general sign with all the activity times was missing... For the apple juice workshop, perhaps leave only the children seated in the courtyard and the parents outside. The children couldn't see anything at the back because of the adults sitting in front... We left... The bread workshop was really good with Zoé.

We booked for nothing because we had to queue at the entrance. As a result, there were no groups of 20 or 30 as indicated on the site. So some activities were too crowded. Arriving at 3pm, we were barely able to do all the activities. Aimed at children aged 4/5, the explanations were too quick for my 3-year-old daughter. However, we had a lot of fun and it was very interesting, and the apples were delicious!
