I had a very unpleasant time. The welcome wasn't great, the service wasn't pleasant.

We were very disappointed with this cruise. The welcome was not at all pleasant, the waiter served us last or even forgot, a very unpleasant situation for us as we had to move to claim our plate, we paid 10 euros to be placed near the windows. I'm not going back to Bistronomie. We're sorry, the cold reception, not a nice waiter at all.

Disappointing location and menus

Insipid dishes, but that's to be expected. A glass with lipstick left over from a previous customer. Very noisy, canteen-style.

A lot of waiting, the air conditioning didn't work, 1 hour to get water... Very average
Matthieu
Matthieu's review
Very noisy restaurant, very average food and totally overpriced drinks: €9 for a bottle of badoit, and the waiter refused to serve water in a carafe.

Honestly, it's not that great! The boat is overcrowded, you feel like you're in a canteen and the food is frozen. I wouldn't recommend it for the price. We arrived a little late and I called the front desk to get information on the location of the boat. The lady who answered was really unpleasant, I felt like I was annoying her by asking for information when it's her job.

You pay for the setting. Insipid, even bad food.

I was very surprised by the lunch. We were served a bottle of wine without opening it, I had to ask after a while for them to open it for us. For the starter, the mini burger fell onto the plate and came off, the waiter looked at me and said "ah bah c'est tombé" and didn't apologize. And when it comes to paying for extras, the waiter puts the payment terminal in front of me and looks at me while waiting for me to pay. A rather regrettable service for the price paid.

Very good experience in an idyllic setting. Service was top-notch and fast, although for a bistronomic meal the quality of the food was disappointing. Expect a supplement for water as it is not included in the meal (no carafe). I recommend it, but be careful about the quality of the food.

Main course (chicken) dry and cold. Dessert anecdotal. Otherwise friendly, approachable staff
