This canoe trip in the Ardèche is accessible to everyone, whether you're a family or a group of friends. The 13 km route starts at the base of Sampzon and takes you to Châmes, its terminus. You can paddle at your own pace, with no timetable constraints, leaving and arriving whenever you like!

Self-guided course - From age 7 - All levels - Distance: 12 km

This is an easy 13 km canoe trip, with a series of small rapids, 5 water slides and a swim stop. You'll also enjoy the magnificent surrounding scenery, including the Pont d'Arc arch, emblem of the Gorges de l'Ardèche and gateway to the nature reserve.

How does it work?

On arrival, the team will give you all the equipment you'll need for the activity, followed by a full briefing. You'll then take a shuttle bus for a few minutes to the starting point of the descent. You'll then take a leisurely descent of the Ardèche, passing the Charlemagne rapids and pausing at the Pont d'Arc beach. The team will be waiting for you at the landing stage in Châmes to collect your equipment, then you'll take the shuttle back home.
