This is your chance to admire the region's landscapes at your own pace, from Chatillon sur Lison to Quingey , along this river that crosses the Doubs and Jura départements. You'll appreciate the beaches where you can stop for a swim during your walk.
How does it work?
On arrival at the Qingey water sports base, our partner will give you your equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off down the river. A bus will take you back to the base.
You can also opt for a shorter 6 km run from Quingey to Brères, or a longer 12 km run from Chenecey to Quingey.

Très belle expérience. L'équipe d'accueil est sympathique et tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Nous avons fait les 21km sur la Loue. Une rivière restée sauvage. C'était tres plaisant en cette période de canicule. Quelques petits "rapides" et il a fallu mettre souvent pieds dans l'eau car la hauteur d'eau était limite. 4 barrages à passer mais de bonnes explications en début de parcours pour nous guider sur comment les prendre. La baignade possible quasi tout le long du parcours a aussi été très appréciée.

Free parking available behind the leisure center, opposite the trout restaurant.
Know before you go
- Base open from June to end of August.
- Please report to reception 10 min before departure.
- Minimum height: 1.20 m
- Imperative: ability to swim at least 25 m with immersion.
- Bring light, closed shoes, sun cream, cap, water and charged cell phone.
- Rental includes: canoe, paddle(s), buoyancy vest, helmet, watertight can, river guide sheet, minibus shuttle to meeting point.
