Canyoning in the Ossau Valley

The Ossau Valley is one of the 3 great mountains of Béarn. With its famous gorges, it's one of the best canyoning spots in south-west France, within easy reach of Pau (approx. 40km). You can enjoy canyoning in the Cangeigt, Brousset and Bious canyons. Several fromules are available:

Obstacles: abseiling (over 60 meters), whitewater, canyons of La Besse Intégral, Olhadubie, Larrandaburu...

Your guide: you will be accompanied by a state-certified guide.

How does it work?

After an equipment session and briefing, you'll take an approach walk to the start of most of the canyons. This will enable you to get to know your guide, the other participants and the valley's flora and fauna. After the activity, you'll leave free of charge with your photos of the activity via our partner's website. Several formulas are available:

Canyoning level 2 Introductory and advanced level from age 10 - half-day or full day : Intermediate level canyoning

Canyoning level 3 Sportif - from 14 years - half or full day : difficult canyoning

Canyoning level 4: long run and large scale - half or full day - very difficult canyoning: These canyons require excellent physical fitness, autonomy on long abseils, and the ability to set up your own equipment.

A good approach to the activity, with a highly experienced team. For bachelor parties (minimum 8 people), the groom's descent is free!
