Caving in the Hérault is an ideal activity for families and friends. Explore the limestone massifs of Thaurac, Causse d'Aumelas, Causse du Larzac or La Serrane.

During your caving workshop, you can also enjoy the thousand-year-old geological riches of the Languedoc caves. You'll discover underground lakes, obscure and mysterious places classified Natura 2000!

Different packages are available, depending on your taste for thrills, your desires for the activity and the level of the participants:

• Discovery caving from age 6 - 3 h : ideal for first-time caving enthusiasts. You'll alternate between large chambers and narrow passages, climbing caving ladders and descending on fixed ropes.
• Caving Experience from age 10 - 3 hrs : for those with previous caving experience. You'll alternate between abseils, caving ladder climbs and descents.

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by a state-qualified instructor who will adapt to your level and your apprehensions to give you the best possible experience!

How does it work?

After an equipment session, you'll descend directly into the cave with your guide.
