Workshop schedule (1h45) :

• 1h preparation of beef and corn ravioli:
  • Careful selection of raw materials.
  • Progressive demonstration of how to transform flour into a supple ravioli dough.
  • Preparation of the filling.
  • For vegetarians, a special stuffing with spinach and eggs is available on request at the time of booking.
• You'll leave with a portion of 8 frozen ravioli and a portion of 12 to 18 steamed ravioli.
