Under expert guidance, you'll learn how to knead the dough, prepare the filling and shape the ravioli into various shapes, experiencing the whole process from raw material to delicious final product.

Workshop schedule (1h45) :

• 1h preparation of beef and corn ravioli:
  • Careful selection of raw materials.
  • Progressive demonstration of how to transform flour into a supple ravioli dough.
  • Preparation of the filling.
  • For vegetarians, a special stuffing with spinach and eggs is available on request at the time of booking.
• You'll leave with a portion of frozen ravioli (approx. 10 pieces) + a portion of pre-steamed ravioli (approx. 25-30 pieces).
