Under the guidance of experts, you'll learn how to knead the dough, prepare the filling and shape ravioli into various shapes, experiencing the whole process from raw material to delicious final product.
Workshop schedule (1h45) :
- 1h preparation of beef and corn ravioli:
- Careful selection of raw materials.
- Progressive demonstration of how to transform flour into a supple ravioli dough.
- Preparation of the filling.
- For vegetarians, a special stuffing with spinach and eggs is available on request at the time of booking.
- You'll leave with a portion of 8 frozen ravioli and a portion of 12 to 18 steamed ravioli.
An immersive experience that lets you get up close and personal with the craftsmanship behind one of China's most emblematic dishes.

Very pleasant welcome and friendly atmosphere We were 11 instead of the maximum 6 announced, too many and a pity as it had an impact on the quality of the workshop. The workshop lasted 2 hours, not 1, with no time for tasting. Dough and preparation already done, the workshop focused on kneading the dough and designing the ravioli. We took our production home for tasting
