Abdel welcomes you to his workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a gourmet and creative session.
You'll work with fresh, seasonal and local produce. The class can be adapted to your needs, so don't hesitate to make a special request, or let yourself be guided by a surprise menu!
Course outline (2h30) :
- Creation of a 3-course menu (starter, main course, dessert)
- Tips and tricks from the chef to make your meal a success.
- You'll take your dishes home to enjoy (packaging provided).
