Take a taste journey to Mexico with a chocolate-making and tasting workshop! During this workshop, you'll discover the origins of chocolate: from the tree to the bar. You'll discover the origins of cocoa, as well as its ancestral production and consumption methods. During this journey, you'll also discover a manufacturing process directly inherited from the Mayans.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Discover the processes involved in transforming cocoa into chocolate.
• Carry out the various stages of manual processing, just like the ancient Mexican peoples.
• Each participant leaves with a self-made chocolate bar.
• After the hands-on workshop, you'll move on to blind tasting: raw beans, roasted beans, 100% bar and 70% bar.
• To round off the workshop, you'll enjoy a Mayan-style hot chocolate.
