Immerse yourself in childhood by taking part in this regressive pastry-making class, where you'll create the cakes of your childhood snacks. You'll learn all the tips and tricks you need to make these delicious, timeless pastries: financiers, madeleines... you'll know all the secrets!
The team welcomes you to its workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a convivial gourmet session.
Course (2h):
- With the chef's advice, you'll make roasted almond financiers, chocolate fondant and red fruit madeleines.
- At the end of the workshop, you'll take your cakes home to enjoy.
