This course will enable you to discover the comforting flavors of mountain dishes through a convivial, gourmet workshop. You'll create a complete menu featuring authentic, generous recipes full of character, for a truly warm moment to share with family and friends.

Course outline (2h) :

• Suggested menu: reblochon mousse & carrot salad with hazelnuts + stewed duck breast stuffed cordon bleu style, served with grilled potatoes + rustic apple cake, vanilla chantilly & cider caramel.
• You'll be introduced to a range of culinary techniques: cooking techniques, preparation of homemade garnishes and sauces, mastery of textures and rustic flavors.
• The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop, enabling you to easily reproduce these recipes at home.
