Les Merveilleux will hold no more secrets for you after this workshop! Step by step, you'll learn how to make light, crisp meringues, fill them with a rich cream and decorate them for elegant, gourmet desserts that are easy to reproduce at home.
The team welcomes you to its workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a friendly pastry session.
Course (2h):
- With the chef's advice, you'll make your own Merveilleux, ready to enjoy.
- At the end of the workshop, you'll take your creations home with you to enjoy at home or share a gourmet moment.
