This course will enable you to cook to the rhythm of the market, using fresh, simple and tasty produce. You'll create a complete menu combining balance, finesse and indulgence, for a truly convivial experience in which the chef's techniques and tricks will enable you to sublimate seasonal ingredients.

Course outline (2h) :

• Suggested menu: tuna, mango and avocado tartare + creamy risotto with black rice and scallops + butter sablé, raspberry coulis and pistachio chantilly.
• You'll be introduced to a range of culinary techniques, including precise cooking techniques, flavor combinations and dish presentation, so you can easily reproduce these recipes at home.
• The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop to help you succeed with these refined, gourmet recipes.
