Course of the workshop (3h) :

The broth, the heart of ramen: long-infused, rich and fragrant. You'll learn to master the basics, with a classic version and a 100% vegetarian option for those who prefer it.
Fresh noodles, kneaded and stretched by hand: a playful, sensory experience that changes everything when tasted. - The perfectly textured marinated soft-boiled egg.
