Ying opens the doors of his restaurant to you, and invites you to come and make mochi, a Japanese specialty consisting of small glutinous rice balls stuffed with a delicious ganache.

Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Historical and cultural introduction to pastry-making, immersing you in the world of Asian culinary traditions.
• Making glutinous rice dough
• Production of several sweet fillings
• You'll learn the mochi shaping technique
• Steaming
• You'll leave with 10 mochis to enjoy with friends and family - or not, for those with a sweet tooth.
