We had a great time. We discovered Bordeaux in a different way. Being from Bordeaux, I learned things I didn't know about the city. Thanks to Fanny for sharing her knowledge and her good humor. Only downside... the wines. It may be a disservice to our reputation with tourists 😊 apart from that, it was a really great time and we were treated to a superb sunset.

Having made a reservation in due form, dated and on time, I was unpleasantly surprised not to be registered on the boat. Access to the boat was forbidden for security reasons, but this was very disappointing as it meant I had to pay for the round trip from Poitiers to Bordeaux.

It was noted on my voucher that we were to have 2 complimentary glasses of wine, 1 small plate of charcuterie with cheese and cannelés. We only got 1 (small!) glass of wine and 1 mini cannelé. I would like to be contacted by customer service to make a commercial gesture. The tour itself was great fun and the guide who explained so many interesting things about Bordeaux was very professional. Many thanks to her.
