How to use your ticket

• Buy your ticket, once the purchase is confirmed you will receive a digital voucher for each participant.
• The digital voucher is not an entry ticket. Only the Center Parcs ticket gives access to the Estate.
• Before you come, you must book your visit date (subject to availability) by clicking here.
  • Select ALL participants and click on "Day entry".
  • Once you've entered your contact details, enter the numbers of the digital vouchers (under the QR code) in the "Gift voucher or digital voucher" box (not the Promo Code), then confirm!
  • Please note that if you copy/paste the digital voucher code, a space is automatically added at the end of the code. Delete this space.
  • You'll receive your tickets in your mailbox! Entrance to the park on presentation of booking confirmation (mobile e-ticket accepted).
• Non-exchangeable and non-refundable ticket, even if unavailable on the day you wish to visit (digital voucher valid for the whole season).

• Free for babies under 3
• Child rate applies to children aged 3 to 11 (on day of visit).
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Entry to the park will only be possible on presentation of the booking confirmation for the desired day.
• Picnics are not permitted in the park.
• Several catering facilities are available in the park
