boat. service and restaurant very good. but frankly .... there's nothing to see on the banks of the Garonne in Bordeaux. Boat trip at night!

Rather long wait (order to arrive at 7:30 pm, for departure at 8 pm, while there are people arriving at 8:20 pm still. It's a pity we were placed in the middle of the boat. If I had to pay extra to be placed next to the window, I would have done so. The worst thing was that the next day we were sick with food poisoning. Two stars because it was easy to book

Waits a long time before boarding with no comment and no apology as soon as we are seated we are asked for drinks ???? To change a dish, it's a circus, 4 people for one decision and the dishes are too light ............ In short, it's all about the tourist trade.

Very disappointing dessert and no view of Bordeaux by night as none of the monuments are lit up, Cruise at noon, not at dinner.

Bordeaux by night is seriously lacking in light. For a city classified as "unesco", it's really quite sad, even a little creepy in some places! Fortunately, the fairgrounds were there to liven up the quinconces, otherwise you'd see almost nothing if you didn't know the city. Which is a pity for the evening show. For the price and to make the most of this short cruise, do it in summer or at lunchtime. To make your choice, assume that the offer corresponds to 50% menu, 50% cruise. I suggest (from October to April) staying alongside the quay in the evening when it's dark.... and concentrating on a good, more affordable meal. Noise from the engine is quite noticeable, and there's a slight smell of diesel depending on the wind. Some soundproofing would be welcome. Dedicated staff, attentive service and a quality meal, a feat in a boat kitchen. Waiting outside would benefit from a little more conviviality (shelters, benches, etc.), it's raining in Bordeaux.

1st meal on a boat... I understand that it's a race for the waiters who have to serve the food before returning to the quay... But disappointed by the main course (hake) which had to be reheated more than once, the sweet potato purée being well protected by its reheated crust

Warm, romantic welcome, quality cuisine, very pleasant service, well-laid tables with plenty of space between them. In the evening, of course, visibility is poor. No need to come 30 minutes beforehand, 10 is enough.

Following an error on their part in booking the window seat, the on-board staff were very kind and attentive to our needs, with small gifts (aperitif and wine offered). Meal lacked finesse

We had a great evening. It's a pity that the funbooker's instructions to arrive 30 minutes early made us wait 30 minutes on the quay where we ended up catching a cold. They don't let you board until 8pm. To start the evening in good conditions, it would be nice to specify this.
