How does it work?

You start with a briefing on equipment use and safety rules. You are then equipped with everything you need: wetsuit, mask, fins, stabilizing vest.

You'll then take part in a gradual immersion to acclimatize you to the aquatic environment and build your confidence, before discovering the pool under the supervision of your instructor.
