Know before you go

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time and allow 2 hours on site, including 1 hour in the Bubble.
  • Floating is best done without a swimsuit, for your comfort and to ensure optimum sensory isolation. You're on your own in your very own Floatation Bubble®, a private room that you lock from the inside. You're free to bring your bathing suit if you prefer.
  • You'll be provided with everything you need for your visit: earplugs, 1 medium-sized towel, shower gel/shampoo, moisturizer, micellar water, cotton pads, cotton buds and hair dryer.
  • Swimming is not required.
  • Medical contraindications: these are the same as for swimming in seawater. If you're not allowed to put one or both ears in the water (recent or ongoing ear infection, perforated eardrum, etc.), if you have an operation scar less than 1 month old, a recent tattoo or piercing (less than 1 month old in the skin / less than 3 months old in the cartilage), a skin disease or a skin condition that leaves you with raw skin, or if you've had a piercing for a long time.If you have raw or irritated skin over a large part of your body, we strongly advise against floating in sensory isolation. Do not float in the last month of pregnancy. This list is not exhaustive. If in doubt, call us or consult your doctor.
  • Avoid waxing or shaving on the day, drinking energy drinks or coffee in the 4 hours preceding the session, and eating too much just before coming.
