A computer error meant that two of us ended up in the same capsule, which was not our choice (having booked the same slot but with two different reservations). No other choice on the spot, as no solo capsules were available and we had to drive 1 hour! The staff had nothing to do with it, and even apologized, but it spoiled our experience, which really isn't the same for two people, especially when you're not a couple! Disappointed, I think that the experience alone must be top on the other hand because clean place, products provided and the and very pleasant personnel.

It's a good way to relax The only drawback is leaving our ears in the water for 1 hour, I'm afraid...the plugs didn't hold...

I was surprised by the buoyancy provided by the salt, but I didn't find the experience very useful. The fact that I had to stay in the dark with no music disturbed me greatly, and I would have preferred to keep the music on throughout the experience. But I'm glad I tried it anyway. The cup of tea was welcome, but I'd have preferred it in a small lounge.
