Camille welcomes you to her kitchen for a workshop in which you'll learn the basics of making an Italian specialty: fresh pasta!

Course of the activity (2h):

• During this workshop, you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from fresh flour and eggs, and discover the secrets of successful kneading to obtain a perfect texture.
• You'll then shape your tagliatelle by hand or using a pasta machine, according to your preference, before cooking them for a delicious tasting experience.
• To accompany your tagliatelle, you'll prepare a seasonal accompaniment highlighting summer, autumn, winter and spring flavors! Pestos, summer tomato sauces, original pan-fried mushrooms, roasted butternut, and more.
• You'll learn how to balance flavors and adjust sauces to suit your personal preferences.
