I'd never heard of it before and was pleasantly surprised. 1 hour is enough to make you tired. The facilities were very nice. The only less positive point was the briefing. We were asked to head back to reception for a 5-minute briefing that could have been done directly on the beach without hurting our feet on the way there and back.
