Positive point: Great time on the Seine despite the rain. Negative point: When booking tickets, there was a technical problem on the funbooker website. I was charged for four places instead of two. I've sent two e-mails since July 21 to the funbooker team, but they're not at all responsive. It's a shame.

The tour and commentary throughout was very good, as was the on-site catering. Just one big negative: we were asked to come at 10:30 a.m. and to be a quarter of an hour early, even though the guided tour started at 11 a.m.! So we had to wait 30-40 minutes in the cold for nothing.

The cruise was very good. We had a great time. Except that on the tickets it is mentioned that we are entitled to sandwiches but it is not specified that it is not free. We had to spend a lot of money to eat because it was 2 times more expensive than normal. Please make this clearer on tickets from now on.
