Set off on an adventure on the Mediterranean in the Parc National des Calanques. Vanina, your guide, will take you on a Stand-Up Paddle tour of 3 Calanques: Port-Miou, Port-Pin & En-Vau.
The Calanques by paddle
Duration: 4h - From 2 to 10 people - With a guide
Departing from the Port-Miou cove, you'll follow the coastline to the Port-Pin cove and then the En-Vau cove for a swim. You can explore the seabed and meet the marine flora and fauna.
How does it work?
- Preparation of the waterproof bag, then instruction in Stand-Up Paddling and safety instructions.
- Along the way, your guide will give you more or less cultural commentaries on the heritage of the Parc National des Calanques.

An incredible and memorable day, I went with two girlfriends on a paddle excursion and we had a blast. I'd like to point out that me and my girlfriends arrived late (30 minutes) and the guide waited for us when many guides wouldn't have. I'd like to thank this person for her incredible patience and kindness. Not many guides would have done that. She contributed to our happiness for 4 hours. I highly recommend it, it's unforgettable, I'll never forget it. Many thanks.

Great afternoon, beautiful discovery of the cliffs and creeks, sporty (mild), and fun to do in a group! Make sure you bring water and a hat for the sun. Waterproof bag on loan. Look for a van with paddle boards in the parking lot (in my case, at the back).

The activity itself is great! Be careful, it's quite a challenge, especially when the sea is rough! I give it 3 stars because it's a very good activity, but we expected much better guidance than that! The guide was very nice, but didn't guide us during the walk, so we didn't even know which calanque we were in... What's more, we only stopped in 1 calanque instead of 2!

Access:
- Presqu'ile parking lot (€10 entrance fee) or parking along the road (pay by parking meter). Then walk to the tennis club.
Please note that parking spaces are full in summer afternoons. Plan to arrive early.
Know before you go
- Bring 1 liter of water per person.
- Bring a bathing suit or wetsuit, depending on the season.
- Bring a cap and sunscreen.
- You can bring a mask and snorkel if you wish.
