Workshop schedule (1h30)
- Introduction to herbalism and presentation of a selection of some fifteen medicinal plants, varying according to the season.
- Tasting of certain plants in infusion to discover original and little-known flavors
- Exploration of plants through their traditional and current uses, with advice on their benefits and applications
- Compose your own herbal tea by selecting, weighing and blending 4 to 5 plants according to your needs and desires.
An enriching, sensory workshop that allows you to take home your own creation, while acquiring valuable knowledge about plants and their virtues.
