Infrared sauna in Paris 13th district

The sauna is in a private area with a changing room and a shower for refreshing and rinsing. It's integrated into a pleasant third area, so you can relax and enjoy a drink before or after your session. Everything is well explained by Auguste. We left feeling relaxed and ready to face the cold! Do it again!
